Our brains rely on high-quality information from our eyes, balance, and body. This stimulus absorption and processing can be specifically trained with neuroathletics.
The better the information absorption, the more likely it is that our brain will interpret and execute a movement as safe.
This has a significant influence on our performance in terms of strength and mobility.
The workshop imparts the essential theoretical and practical knowledge to integrate neuroathletics into daily training.

For 2 hours we will explore this exciting yoga style. We will start with a small ceremony
and set an intention for the practice and after Pranayama (breathing exercise) practice a
Forrest Yoga Flow.

Forrest Yoga (FY) is based on Hatha Yoga and is a modern, very powerful yoga style that
was developed by Ana T. Forrest in the USA almost 40 years ago. Specific sequencing with
long holds of poses and deep breathing helps to detox and sweating out toxins and brings
aliveness and flush oxygenate. The practice reaches through the top layer of the muscles
into the deeper layers below which has a physical and emotional blockade-releasing effect.

The workshop is ideal for you if you are looking for physical fitness, strength and
mindfulness and inner peace for your life, maybe you are sometimes under great pressure or you feel blockages and want to solve them. Relaxation, shoulder and neck pain relief and the development of deep abdominal muscles are essential elements in Forrest Yoga.

You don't need any previous knowledge. Just bring curiosity and openness to try this yoga
style.
I will offer different versions for different levels. Depending on the participants, the
practice of inversions (forearm stand | handstand, also in partner exercises) can be
integrated.

BARRE LOVERS LET´S TAKE IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL
In this barre workout and ballet workshop we will sweat, laugh and relax. We start with a slow workout with ballet elements and floor barre.
In this workshop we practice combinations at the barre. For everyone who knows our open barre classes: we will take it to the next level and will practice great new combinations that are a bit more complex. BIG FUN!
We work with dumbbells and resistance bands. In this workshop we will work with a new tool that you do not know from the open classes :). YEAH!
We finish the training with stretching and a session of progressive muscle relaxation, so you'll be fresh and fit the next day.
