SWEAT are Workouts, like Barre Ballett Workout, HIIT, Calisthenics, Mobility Training, Boxing Workouts, Pilates.

 

SOUL  are  a variety of Yoga Stlyes like Yin Yoga, Jivamukti, Forrest Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation und Sound Healings.

 

SPIRIT are programs that focus on personal growth. In addition to regular exercise and relaxation, a balanced diet, mental strength and positive thinking are the most important building blocks for a healthy, balanced and happy life.

 

Workshops, groups and individual programs  support your personal development.

FOUNDER

I like it simple: Two great passions shape my life: design and movement.

 

The topic of deep health with all its facets of exercise, nutrition, mindset and relaxation fascinates me every day and has led me to combine my two passions professionally and found YEAH STUDIO®. In collaboration with a free pool of highly qualified and ambitious teachers, people are supported in finding fun in a regular exercise routine. People of all fitness levels are welcome at YEAH STUDIO®. They have the opportunity to find their favorites in the wide range of classes, which are individually designed by each teacher.

 

In the last 15 years I have been able to be part of exciting, successful and inspiring

teams and companies. I researched interior trends in London, supported US start-ups such as Fab.com and Houzz.com with their European launch. I was responsible for the lifestyle range of Barefootliving, the brand of the producer Til Schweiger, and the category management at eBay, to name a few of the great stops.  

Exercise is always my tool for balance and relaxation. I first came into contact with yoga over 20 years ago in India. It relaxed me, changed my habits, broadened my perspective and made my body fit and flexible. 

 

I was so enthusiastic about it that I wanted to delve deeper into the subject of movement and follow up my first yoga training with many more, such as pilates and barre. 

 

I often come across participants who practise yoga or other forms of movement for stress management, burnout prevention or burnout therapy. I am also a stress-burnout-bullying master coach and health prevention coach in order to offer targeted support. Nutrition is also part of Deep Health. As a licensed Precision Nutrition Coach, I also provide support in this area. 

 

For me, the key to a healthy and happy life is balance. 3 essential factors create balance: balanced regular exercise, mental and physical relaxation and conscious nutrition.
