The topic of deep health with all facets of exercise, nutrition, mindset and relaxation fascinates me every day and has motivated me to bring my two passions together professionally and to develop YEAH STUDIO®
In the last 15 years I have been able to be part of exciting, successful and inspiring
teams and companies. I researched interior trends in London, supported US start-ups such as Fab.com and Houzz.com with their European launch. I was responsible for the lifestyle range of Barefootliving, the brand of the producer Til Schweiger, and the category management at eBay, to name a few of the great stops.
Movement is always my balance and relaxation tool. I first came into contact with yoga in India over 20 years ago. It relaxed, changed habits, expanded perspectives and made the body fit and flexible.
I was so enthusiastic that I felt like passing on yoga and starting the first of what has now been numerous trainings.
In the yoga environment I often meet participants who practice yoga for stress management, burnout prevention or burnout therapy. In order to offer targeted assistance here, I am also a stress-burnout-bullying master coach and health prevention coach. Nutrition also belongs to the subject of deep health. As a licensed Precision Nutrition Coach, I also assist with this topic.
For me, the key to a healthy and happy life is balance. 3 essential factors create balance: regular exercise, mental and physical relaxation and conscious nutrition.
Supporting people in establishing a comprehensive, healthy and active lifestyle over the long term is an incredibly exciting and satisfying task and I am really looking forward to working on it every day at YEAH STUDIO® with you and my wonderful team.

I am Carla, an Argentinian yoga teacher currently based in Berlin.
Movement has always been a fundamental part of my life, from volleyball to acrobatics and ultimately finding Yoga, about 10 years ago.
I started yoga drawn by the physical aspect of it, to then realize that it was so much more than that. To me Yoga is introspection, it helps you connect with your body in an emotional, physical and spiritual way and keeps you humble, serene and balanced.
After years of practicing as a student, I decided to deepen my Yoga knowledge and dive into the philosophy, which led me to my 200Hs teacher training in 2021.
In my classes, I like to combine dynamic sequences with strong asanas, leading to moments of stillness to reflect and feel present.
After standing enthusiastically on the yoga mat as a student several times a week for more than 13 years, I decided in spring 2015 to complete the Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training in New York with Sharon Gannon and David Life. Since then, back in Berlin, I have been teaching with the same enthusiasm that I have when I practice myself.
For me, yoga is a return to our true being. Love. Friendliness. Nonviolence. Compassion. No matter how we approach yoga - whether through asana, meditation or philosophy. No matter how consciously we plan to change ourselves and thus the world around us. It happens. Someday. Imperceptibly. Secure. Yoga is the state in which we do not miss anything. In which we know that everything is within us. Was eternal. Always will be. We just have to remember.
am a Pilates and Fitness Coach and passionate about teaching powerful classes. Currently I'm also doing my Barre Teacher Training at YEAH STUDIO® and I'm really looking forward to teach Barre as well as Pilates and Abs&Booty Workouts.

Years ago I came, via some detours from the gym, to yoga. Already the first hour drew me directly into the spell and I stayed with it and deepened my practice quickly.
Today I know that yoga is much more than the pure physical practice and so over the years asanas, pranayama, meditation changed my mindset and became an integral part, almost an elixir, for me.
Yoga teaches me joy, acceptance, patience, and strength and again joy - true to the motto: everyone can do yoga.

In 2018, there weren't many calisthenics parks in Spain so I started training on a football goal.
The mix between body-mind connection, strength, flexibility, coordination and balance needed to succeed in this sport hooked me on. The feeling of satisfaction after holding your first seconds on Handstand or achieving your first Muscle is incomparable.
My trainings are skill based, the aim is to build the strength and mobility required to achieve the performance of a skill as it could be Handstand, Front Lever, V-sit or Planche. In calisthenics we work with our own body to unlock new movements and simultaneously our body and mind becomes stronger and healthier as a side effect.

Hi, I'm Maria, during my yoga and meditation teacher training in Bali, I realized the deep connection between yoga practice and meditation.
Since I was totally fascinated by the yoga philosophy right from the start, I completed a 75-hour Jivamukti teacher training course in 2021.
In my classes we connect our body to our mind through our breath. We train to direct our focus inwards. This is how I support you to learn to perceive your own body better and to be able to distance yourself from your own thoughts.

I am a French dancer, working in Berlin and in Europe for different companies and projects. I graduated with distinction from the Conservatoire Gabriel Pierné with a diploma in Dance and Choreographic studies, spent two years at the Jeune Ballet d’Aquitaine in Bordeaux, and acquired a diploma in Contemporary Dance Technique.
I teach dance classes: Ballet, Contemporary, Improvisation;
and body trainings: Floor Barre, Barre, Pilates which I consider to be complementary to any physical activity.
I build my classes to encouraging you to be aware of the feeling of your movements in order to reach a more precise and efficient training. I work towards an improvement of the posture, as well as significant reductions of the body’s weaknesses and limitations. I combine my experience from a Master of Business Administration in Health Management with 12 years of fitness and strength training.
As a mom of two kids, I know the importance of being a healthy role model. I teach barre and Pilates.

Katrina is a movement artist and teacher back in Berlin after 2.5 years in New Zealand! She grew up in the South of Germany and the Northeast of the United States.
Katrina has danced professionally with world-renowned companies and has won awards and accolades for her choreographic work.
She has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and received her 200-hour certification from Contemporary Yoga New Zealand in 2020.
She is passionate about facilitating open and affirming spaces of physical inquiry and deepening awareness of sustainable movement patterns. As an endurance athlete, Katrina loves to investigate optimal movement patterns, recovery, and endurance! Her classes will engage strength, balance, and flexibility while valuing consent, safety, and inclusion.
She teaches Pilates, Yoga, Workouts and Barre. She is an early bird, enjoy her morning classes. YEAH!
I remember my first Jivamukti class well: fast movements, loud music, words that
loud music, words that hit me deep in my heart.
Right after the first class I knew: this is where I belong.
From then on, I came back to the mat almost every day. Only later did
that yoga is also a spiritual practice and I understood even more why it so often
even more why I was drawn to the studio so often.
In 2019, I took the Spiritual Warrior training with Anja Kühnel, and a
half a year later, I traveled to India to complete the 300-hour
Jivamukti training with my teachers Jules Febre and Rima Rabbath.
Yoga means love to me, devotion and compassion. Yoga lets me
feel my body, listen to myself and come to peace.

I am a Hiit and Yoga instructor originally from Texas but I have been living in Berlin since July 2018.
I grew up dancing tap, jazz, and ballet so movement has always been an important part of my life, and honouring the different movement “cravings” that our body has throughout the years has also been an important part of my own personal fitness journey. I have learned so much about my own body through practicing yoga, training hard with High-Intensity Interval Training & trying other movement mediums.
With my Hiit & Yolethics classes, you can expect to really work up a sweat as you challenge yourself to test your limits. We will focus on strengthening the muscles, improving cardio endurance and coordination as well as mobility.
Ezgi , known as Ezgilu by her artist name was born in Izmir, Turkey in 1993. Besides her dancing and teaching career, she is graduated from Ege University Business Administration and Finance. She took many and different dance and movement classes mainly in The UK, Germany, Holland, France. In 2016 she took and gave classes in Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta. Then she moved to Seoul,South Korea as a dancer and she became the ‘’Movement Researcher’’ in the project of Sejong Performing Arts University’s mutual project with the UK.
Ezgi first fell in love with hiphop culture and she got educated from OG’s and she’s been sharing the knowledge as well. She won a competition and she was in New York Broadway Dance Center as a scholarship student. In 2017, she was one of the only 16 women to make it through the preselections of hiphop , in Ladies of Hiphop Competition in New York. She still is, the only Turkish woman to have this title.
Since 2015 she became a certificated yoga instructor too. Ezgilu lived in Bali from 2018 to 2021. She is an instructor in Bali’s biggest and most qualified movement venue called YOGA BARN.
Ezgilu’s vision is to keep learning and growing in knowledge and movement as long as she’s alive.
Dancing has been a part of me almost my whole life, as I've begun when I was 5. After 18 years of dancing ballet I decided to change direction in my profession. From classical ballet (Vaganova Ballet Academy trained, danced in theaters/ballet companies) I came to contemporary dance and danced for incredible events as «Mind & Movement» Wayne McGregor (London) / CONTEXT.Diana Vishneva (St.Petersburg) / Paris Fashion Week. Yuima Nakazato (Japan) Couture LIMINAL, choreographer Nanine Linning (Amsterdam) etc.
What keeps the passion to continue my dancing path for so long? Movement itself, endless flow inward and outward.
