CAPOEIRA FOR KIDS​

Based on the martial art of Capoeira, which originates from South America, this course teaches a mixture of gymnastics, acrobatics and playful attack and defense movements.

 

The children's dexterity, coordination and balance are improved. In addition, assertiveness, concentration and a sense of community are encouraged. Age-appropriate, the children are introduced to controlled movement development. Course could be in englisch and german/bilingual.
