The training is for you if you love to intensify your Pilates Practice and your fitness level and/or if you love to become a teacher. And if you love to learn new things about yourself, meditation, presentation and presence. After the training you will have great tools to design your Pilates classes and teach.

The mat Pilates training will include the work with props like Pilates Ring, Core Sliders, Pilates Ball, Booty and Terra Bands. At YEAH STUDIO® we believe in a strong training in a mix with final relaxation to leave our classes refreshed, nurtured and strong.
A YEAH STUDIO® signature piece of our design are the variations of final mini meditations that are also part of the training.

Jivamukti Open is a powerful and joyful Yoga Class.
Open to all levels.
BARRE
Barre a ballet inspired workout. Build strength and shape. We work with at the Barre with props like resistance bands and dumbells. Beginner welcome!
CALISTHENICS
Functional full body training. Stabilize your entire musculoskeletal system, build muscles and improve your coordination skills through the interaction of all muscles.

A beautiful studio with a one-of-a-kind concept. I love the variety of workout styles Yeah Studio offers which goes beyond traditional hatha and vinyasa yoga. Especially the jivamukti classes are well put together. I’ve also tried the upbeat Hiit and boxing class which are a great workout whether you do yoga or not. It is a studio with a special atmosphere: super good vibes no matter if you come to sweat or relax. Totally recommend!

I first discovered YEAH Studio on Classpass when I was looking for yoga classes. Now I am a member of YEAH STUDIO.
I was thrilled to discover a kind and welcoming environment not just for yoga, but also caring teachers who support me in trying new things like barre and my new favorite: Forrest yoga, so great if you suffer from Neck and Shoulder pain!

I totally fell in love with the YEAH CREW and especially the Barre workouts, it is really a good vibes training so much fun and you don´t need to be a ballerina. I have have no time to go to the studio I love to join the online classes.

I love the atmosphere and the amazing teacher. All Equipment is there so I just can pop in and don´t need to remember to bring or carry my sports gear all day.

I was looking for functional training and calistthenics because I'm a huge fan of bodyweight training. At YEAH STUDIO I can absolutely recommend the calisthenics and mobility and strong&flexible classes with Frank and Nerijus. They really care and offer options for different training levels.
